When does the course start and finish?

The course starts as soon as you enroll (day of purchasing the course) and you have 4 months to complete it. It is a self-paced online course.

How long do I have access to the course?

You have access to the course for 4-months from the date of signing up. After enrolling you have access to the course across all devices you own. Remember to login each time you’re on a new device.

I'm enrolled. How do I find my course?

We recommend you bookmark this link: Once you are signed in, you can click on 'My Courses' to view all the courses you are enrolled.

I can't log in. It says my email address is already in use. What's happening?

When you visit the site, you get two options: "Sign Up" or "Log In". Sign up is only for new accounts. Look for the "Log In" option to access your existing account.

I purchased a course but it wants me to pay again.

If you've purchased a course and it wants you to pay again, you probably need to log in. Log in here:

I've forgotten my password.

Click the "Reset password" option below the "Log In" form to reset your password.

I'm having trouble viewing the videos. What should I do?

There are a few things you can try before contacting us for help:

  • Try a different internet browser. We recommend Chrome.
  • Make sure your device is updated and the latest iOS or OS is installed.
  • Enable cookies on your computer or device.
  • Clear your browser cache or history.

Be aware that the videos may require a longer loading time due to the higher quality of the video.
